I am the founder of AdEYR Consulting, a firm specializing in strategy advisory, corporate governance, business development and support for organizations in their transformation projects.

With over 25 years of experience in executive, management and business development roles, I now support private, public and semi-public companies in their strategic thinking and growth challenges.

Since 2014, I have sat on several boards of directors of companies active notably in energy, photovoltaics, district heating, technology and various SMEs in Switzerland.

My expertise allows me to bring a pragmatic view of governance, value creation and the sustainable development of organizations.

Over my career, I have held leadership positions within major groups such as Romande Energie Services SA, Alpiq InTec SA and ATEL. I contributed to developing numerous activities and subsidiaries in Switzerland, while leading multidisciplinary teams and high-value transformation projects. I continue my commitment to innovation and the energy transition.

Through AdEYR Consulting, I advise companies, public authorities, investors and institutions in corporate strategy, governance, financing, energy and new technologies. My in-depth experience of technical, industrial and financial sectors allows me to effectively support decision-makers in their growth, investment and transformation projects.
